Shipping Policy

When purchasing books or other items from Elizabeth Brown Rufus’ store, your purchases will be delivered via one of the following methods:

PAPERBACKS

Paperback books are shipped out by the authors team. Print time is usually within 72 working hours. After books are printed, they are packaged and shipped using a trackable shipping service. Depending on your delivery address, additional shipping options may be offered to you upon checkout.

Average shipping times:  To U.S. addresses, 2-3 weeks.

The items are sent from U.S. and delivery times will vary depending on the purchasers postal code. Once an item has shipped from our team, the purchaser will receive an email notification with a tracking number and how to track the item. Elizabeth Brown Rufus store is not responsible for any additional international custom fees. We do our best to ensure the items are marked correctly to avoid additional fees.

Average shipping times:  To U.S. addresses, 2-3 weeks.

Purchasers are required to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient for physical goods. Elizabeth Brown Rufus’ store is not liable for the delivery of purchasers’ goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of the purchaser providing the author’s team with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Return & Exchange Policy

Purchases of books from author, Elizabeth Brown Rufus store are non-refundable, with the exception of items that are lost or damaged in shipping.  When you make a purchase from our store, prior to completing your checkout, please review your shopping cart carefully to be sure you’ve purchased the correct quantity and correct format. Items other than books (t-shirts, mugs, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the vendor who mails those items out, not the author.

REFUNDS FOR PHYSICAL GOODS

As mentioned above, “all sales are final.” No money will be refunded, however, a new book will be mailed out if an item was received defective or damaged. However, we must be notified within 3 days of receiving the item (according to the tracking). In the event that the authors team has received the purchasers request within 3 days of receiving the item, an exchange book will be mailed out. See details about the exchange below.

For exchange queries, please contact us: overcomingsugaraddiction@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your product (according to tracking). Please use the subject “Exchange” and include your name, order number, reason for the exchange, and photographs of the defective or damaged item. If a book is defective damaged, we will evaluate the issue and make it right.
