This interactive manual introduces The Center for Spiritual Growth & Healing’s O.S.A. Program. The O.S.A. Program provides information that is intended to assist individuals who aspire to overcome sugar addiction using lifestyle changes that can aid them in their endeavor. It offers individuals the opportunity to participate in O.S.A. Support Groups that may be organized around the world with the written permission of The Center for Spiritual Growth & Healing.

 

It also offers individuals the opportunity to participate in O.S.A.’s Online Support Group. O.S.A. Support Groups were not formed with the intention of creating negative outcomes for participants. However, The Center for Spiritual Growth & Healing cannot physically prove the identities or backgrounds of support group participants. It is therefore, the responsibility of each support group moderator to arrange meetings in safe “public” environments. None of the suggested exercises or statements in this book are intended to harm readers or program participants. Nor are such statements or suggested exercises recommendations as to how to treat any disease or health related condition.

 

The support groups, exercises and other information contained in this manual are educational and general in nature and are not meant to substitute the advice provided by medical professionals. Note that dietary supplement products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease or addiction. It is important that you discuss any program related to or referencing changing your diet and supplementation or medication program with a healthcare professional prior to use.

 

Please discuss all aspects of the O.S.A. Program with your doctor prior to partaking of our support groups or suggested exercises and participate in this program at your own risk. The Center for Spiritual Growth &Healing, its staff and this author are not responsible for accidents, injuries or any other negative outcomes individuals may acquire during participation in O.S.A. Program related activities and thus, will not be held liable.
